Could Be The Largest Returns Seen In Real Estate Investing Due To Capital Recycling.

Lets give you an example:

Lets say you invest $250,000 in Resort #1.  2 years later, we refinance the property and give your the $250,000 back but you keep the stock.  We hit our goals and you are getting 15% per year from Resort #1 = $37,500

Then you take that same money and put it into Resort #2.  18 months later we give you the $250,000 back and you start earning 15% ($37,500) from Resort #2.   Between #1 and #2, you are making $75,000 per year.

2 More resorts, with the same $250,000, you are now making $150,000 per year.

3 More Resorts and you are making $225,000 off of the same initial $250,000.

Then we will sell the portfolio in 15 years, you own stock in 7 or 8 of the resorts all off of the same initial investment, which you got back!

Ken's passion for cottages began with a single purchase, sparking a journey that led him to establish a pioneering company dedicated to the art of cottage ownership. 

Ken Dunn founded Cottage Dream Vacations, a company specializing in renovating cottages into family getaways, with properties in The Muskokas, Kawarthas, and Prince Edward County, Ontario.  Now Ken has taken his focus to the next level with his new goal of building 30 Luxury resorts right across Canada.

He has successfully exited businesses in the mortgage, property management, direct sales, and publishing industries. 

Ken lives in Toronto with his wife of 25 years, Julie, and their children, Laura and Matthew.

Can anyone invest in the Cottage Dream Vacations projects?

Unfortunately not!  In order to invest, you must be qualified as at least an Eligible investor.  According to Canadian Securities Rules, an eligible investor is some who makes at least $75,000 in annual income, or has at least $125,000 in annual income between that person and their spouse, or you can be an eligible investor if you have at least $400,000 in assets.

Can I bring a spouse or business partner?

Yes, we would encourage you to come with anyone who you regularly invest with.  Please make sure that every single person registers so we can make sure to have enough food and refreshments.

Can we invest from another country?

We can accept investments from most countries in the evolved world.  Most countries in the emerging markets are not able to participate.
